You authorize Accounting Experts and any of its subsidiaries in Florida and Puerto Rico to work the service you requested, whether it is the preparation of your personal, business, federal, state returns, Business Permits including licenses and/or certifications as long as they have been paid in full. If you chose to file electronically, you are authorizing Accounting Experts to sign and/or file this return electronically through the return preparation systems chosen by this office. In the same way, all services must be paid in full to provide copies of the services you contracted, understanding this that the service must be paid, even if you understand that the result is not as expected. If you prefer to make a tax estimate, we can do it at an additional cost. Everyone who arrives at the office will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, but if you would like a faster service to be provided, you can schedule an appointment.Accounting Experts is an intermediary between you and the government agency from which the service is requested. You will always be guided on the documents and certifications necessary for the type of service you request. However, we do not know the internal procedures of government agencies; therefore, they may request additional information to that provided by the service that contracted us. After the government agency reviews your case, procedures may arise that are not included in the service you requested. If so, these may have additional costs.
The use of our services, as well as the purchase of our products will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document. All the services and/or products offered by our website could be created, collected, sent or presented by a third web page; and in such a case, they would be subject to their own terms and conditions. In some cases, to purchase a product, registration by the user will be necessary, with the entry of reliable personal data and definition of a password.

No refunds are made for paid services, you have the responsibility to read it carefully before buying it. All payment is final. There is no refund or money transfer for services that you have requested and where you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Due to the type of service that Accounting Experts , no warranty is given on the services and products provided.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK. Accounting Experts provides the service to you as a customer. The government agencies to which your management is submitted may request additional information to verify personal information or require a more rigorous investigation to avoid fraudulent transactions. Accounting Experts is not responsible for misprovided information, nor for the time it may take for the approval or denial of government agencies for the service for which you contracted us.
PRIVACY. Accounting Experts will not share your information with another person or company. Your information will only be used for the purposes of this service. The data entered will not be delivered to third parties, unless it must be released in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.
Subscription to promotional email newsletters is voluntary. Accounting Experts reserves the rights to change and/or modify these terms adify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
COMMUNICATION. Accounting Experts may contact you by phone and/or email. If you follow us on social networks, you can also be contacted by that means. The client and the employee will have respectful communication at all times. Once you request the service electimes. CLIENT CERTIFICATION. By completing this document, I am authorizing Accounting Experts to continue with the contracted service. I also declare that the information provided to Accounting Experts is correct. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, Accounting Experts is not responsible. I understand that, once the return is filed, the concerned government agencies will evaluate it to be accepted, rejected or adjusted.
I certify that I was oriented to the processes regarding the contracted service, and that there are no additional doubts to those that were explained. I certify that the dependents listed on this form lived more than half of the year under my roof and I provide more than 50% of their support for it. To this end, I sign freely and voluntarily.
IMPORTANT POINTS.
1. Once you proceed to send documents and/or make the payment for the services, it is understood that you are accepting all our terms and conditions of our services in general.
2. Payments made through the Ath Movil Business platform to AccountingExperts once made, the client must write by email to info@accountingexpertspr.com notifying about the payment and sending evidence of it. Customer who did not send the email notifying us, we cannot be held responsible for performing the requested service in the time expected by the customer.
3. The relationship between the client and the accounting firm RD Company, Corp. DBA Accounting Experts and/or its affiliates (representatives and/or employees) must be based on respect, cordiality and empathy. Customers who cannot maintain this harmonious relationship, the company reserves the rights to continue or terminate customer services.
4. Messages sent via email info@accountingexpertspr.com, social networks, website llenamostuplanilla.com, WhatsApp 787-226-4868 and any of the platforms we use to communicate with the client, said messages were answered between 24- 72 hours. At times of the payroll season, which is from January 1 to April 15, the flow of messages is usually much greater and the response to these messages could take around 5-10 days.
5. All payments for services are final. There are no returns under any circumstances. It is not transferable to another person. 6. The service or services provided by RD Company, Corp. DBA Accounting Experts and/or its representatives are classified as provided from the time the client makes the decision to pay for the services.
